Jacob, Mary, and Hannah are having a busy summer... the big kids went to Vacation Bible School for a week in June at St. Monica; Hannah spent a couple of nights with Grandma Dianne while the rest of us went to Clifty Falls State Park; Jacob and Mary got to stay up late to watch the fireworks downtown with Daddy on July 4; we all took a boat ride on the White River; and Hannah has been working very hard at sitting on her own!
Here's Hannah showing off some of her new abilities to sit and reach for toys:

Jacob and Mary are certainly a handfull... they make us laugh (and cry), and they entertain Hannah (she must think, "boy, are they crazy!"). Mary is determined to make potty-training an excrutiating, and very dramatic, experience... it has to be HER way.

BUT, we all have lots of fun, too, and enjoy the family times.

Hannah is so big! And the rest of the family looks great.....especially Brian. Is that a new hair cut? Just kidding. Glad to hear things went well with the check up!
you have inspired me to start a blog. well done! Look at your baby sitting up (and another siting on the potty) Big girls!
Great blog. All three little Seitz look so healthy and happy. What awesome smiles they have. I know life is full right now (Brian's words echo in my mind, "We're outnumbered!") but you all seem joyful and embracing the craziness of it all. I can't wait to scoop them all up and laugh with them. Hope it can happen soon. Solomon and Hannah will have a great time together when they meet. Hannah looks so proud sitting up by herself. The potty picture of Mary is a treasure. I'm so glad you started the blog.
Love,
Meg
ps--the picture of Jacob and Hannah cracking up is amazing. I will need a copy of that one at some time.
Great pictures Brian!
Hannah is really growing strong, isn't she?
The lake and the lighthouse looked like a lot of fun!
